Characteristics:
※S-33 improves both dynamic and static water repellency.
Applications:
※Used in the retanning process for waterproof leather. It is applied in the drum to achieve the desired effect and is usually used at the final stage of retanning in a fresh bath. If metal tanning fixation is required after adding S-33, add 1–2% M-35 or chrome powder and run for 45 minutes.
※Add 1–4% S-33 depending on the required level of water repellency. If an oily surface feel is desired, CHEMOL 199S may be added together with S-33. S-33 and CHEMOL 199S must be thoroughly mixed before adding water.
Storage:
※The product should be kept in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse, protected from sunlight and freezing. Storage temperature should be maintained between 5–40°C.
Shelf Life: 2 years in sealed, original packaging.
