application
Used in soft after the embryo, can be painted in the grain layer, the meat layer, or both sides.
Can be used without solvent dilution, the use of heated roller coating roller, the temperature heated to 55-60 ℃ when the best results.
CHEMOL 199S can be mixed with other oils and waxes, such as CHEMOL 322, to achieve the desired waxiness.
It is dissolved in a variety of solvents, the most commonly used is mineral oil. In general, the amount may vary depending on the absorption properties of the machine and the leather used, and 1 to 2 parts of the solvent may be used in admixture with 1 part of the CHEMOL 199S. The CHEMOL-199S is best suited for use with a roller coater or curtain-type finishing machine because it requires a sufficient amount; if it is sprayed with a spray gun, it needs to be sprayed several times to achieve the desired amount.
