HL-722 Transparent varnish

HL-722 is a transparent, high brightness, high solids amount of varnish that can be used for all leather effects or top layers.
HL-722 can produce high-gloss, tough film and has excellent physical properties, through the drum-type hot plate or high temperature (120 ℃) low pressure plate. It can also be used in conjunction with a lubricant (HK-06) or a plasticizer (HL-251) to adjust the stretch of the feel and control film.

Instructions for use :
(A) as effect layer:
Varnish HL-722 100 parts
Solvent B.A.C. 250 parts
Dye Water HD-Series 50 parts
As a top coat:
Varnish HL-722 100 parts
Solvent B.A.C. 250 parts
Slip HK-3 to 5 parts
(B) adjust the gloss, you can add 5 to 30% of the oil-based dark oil HD-21.
